Healthy Mid-Afternoon Snack
Pepitas, sliced almonds, dried goji berry, raw sunflower seeds, dried mango, bee pollen and chia seeds....oh and carob chips!
I was looking for a small energy bar to keep in my backpack so after kickboxing or yoga I wasn't so hungry on the way home. I found plenty but they were full of sugar and more protein than I needed. So.... I decided to make my own little 1/4 cup energy packets!
Of course before eating them I had to take pictures of everything with my macro lens. :)
Chia seeds are the little black and white seeds and the little orange yellow pieces are the bee pollen.
